Three Types of Domestic Violence and Rape

Physical Abuse: Hitting, pushing, shoving, etc. any type of intentional physical harm or suffering to their partner.


Emotional Abuse: Yelling, name calling, guilt tripping, and putting down your partner with no physical signs of assault.


Sexual Abuse: Unwanted or forced sexual behaviors that may include weapons or objects during sex. 


Rape: Crime that includes the forcing of another person to have sexual intercourse without their partner's consent and against their will.
